 T, P & C R Division works in the following directions: 

 

1.  To keep itself aware of the latest needs of industrial & business houses so as to prepare the students accordingly. A close liaison is maintained with industry to ascertain their man-power requirements in specific areas. Many sources are continuously tapped for collecting technological trends in every sector of the industry. HMRITM, currently, enjoys very good relations and reputation among Top Corporates.  

 

2.      Department designs training modules to train budding engineers by imparting skills to meet future requirements of industry as in- house training for 4th semester students. Students of 6th Semester are deputed for Industry Training in Multi-nationals/Corporates/ PSUs /Government departments and reputed Research & Development Organizations. Department has also arranged summer internship for MBA students in prestigious organizations like  Bharati-Axa, AAI MTNL, KOTAK, Reliance, ICICI Lambard, HDFC, Cadbury, Hero-Honda, Standard Chartered, Coca-Cola, Jaypee,Tata, PFC, Bajaj-Allianz, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra, HCL, Britannia, Crompton Greaves, Centurion Bank, Dish TV, Reliance SEZ, Gujrat  Floro, JSPL, P&S Bank, Pearl Drinks, TST Pipes, Incredible India and many more. 

 

3.      Another important job of the department is to help budding Engineers & Managers to get placements through Campus Recruitment events. In addition, students are advised about off campus opportunities in various types of Organizations.Specific modules on Personality Development, Body-Language, Group-discussion & interviews are administered to students, to improve their communication skills so as to enable them to perform better in recruitment events.

 

Our budding engineers have already made inroads and spread their wings in the prestigious organizations such as:TCS ,INFOSYS, LnT ,L & T Infotech, Tech Mahindra, Hexaware, Wipro Tech. , Mahindra & Mahindra, Aricent, e-valueserve, Verizon, Infotech, Oracle, Vihaan, Hewitt, Macawder Beeay,Birla Soft , i-flex solutions , L & T, Accenture, US Technologies, Convergys, Perot Systems, Sapient, Persistent, NIIT Tech, Samsung, IAF, Shipping Corporation, Neomatrix, BP virgo and many more.
