This department as an organic unit feels that 'Attitude and Approach towards anything makes a lot of difference', therefore we have always been hunting and implementing new ways to make our curriculum equipped enough to be catering to live industry project.

The salient feature of the academic activities in the department is that the students as well as the faculty members are provided with ample opportunities for their professional growth. Every year, numerous professional activities are held in the department. Besides improving interaction with other academic institutions and industries, it also offers avenues to students for manifestation of their innovative and creative talents. Moreover, the department does not merely provide upto-date knowledge; but is also equipping the students with the skills and aptitude for modern areas in the field of electronics & communication. The faculty members of the department are totally committed to provide quality education and research.

 

The aim of the department is :

  • To develop electronics & communication engineers with a global perspective.
  • To impart specialized knowledge and skills to the students in the filed of simulation of various processes using MATLAB, DSP, Microwave Engg. VLSI design tools etc.
  • To ensure total personality development of would be engineers
  • To work in collaboration with other institutions/industries

 

The department has reasonably well-equipped laboratories in related fields and students are exposed to various modern equipments in the area of electronics and communication. Emphasis is given to
